By being provided approved coordinated design files from either the General Contractor or various MEP trades (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire-Sprinkler, Framing, Structural), and with utilizing precision measuring tool technology ( Robotic Total Stations), we can efficiently and accurately layout anything that has an X, Y, Z coordinate relative to the CAD or REVIT file. The accurateness of layout is solely based upon the "control", or, "reference points"  provided by client. The benefits of using the (RTS) layout method in some scenarios, versus, traditional ways of string line and tape measure are simple, efficiency and accuracy. Unfortunately, most projects lose time and money on re-doing things. We pride ourselves on helping minimize potential mistakes during design coordination phase and then performing actual layout.  

By using premium core drilling machinery equipped with diamond infused drill bits we pride ourselves on coring efficiently, but more important we pride ourselves on safe practices.  Concrete core drilling services are available for floor, wall, or ceiling applications.  We have capabilities of scanning concrete floors, walls, and ceilings using the most current state-of-art GPR equipment the industry has to offer. Out-dated scanning equipment usually are only functioning with (1) antenna receiver, while our scanning equipment has (3) antenna receivers. GPR scanning uses radio waves to identify objects very similar to like echo location. With having the additional receivers, we can not only provide 2-D, but also 3-D image rendering, to scale, of data collected. The 3-D image reports are highly beneficial for trying to distinguish the difference from the varying objects of the data collection, for example, identifying post-tension cables from rebar, and, or, electrical conduits.  

Unfortunately, proper fire-stopping practices are not common. This scope of work is often over-looked and under estimated. We pride ourselves on providing qualified support for install / consultation. The importance of accomplishing any fire-stopping application per code not only will streamline project completion, but also can save lives. Whether it be new construction, or, renovations, every project can provide unique scenarios on when there is no approved UL system to follow. We can assist with getting involved and potentially helping create and process an E.J. ( Engineering Judgement ) 

 Overhead drilling is one of the most strenuous tasks in the building trades because of the need to drill hundreds of holes overhead in concrete. The Hilti Jaibot, equipped with a standard Hilti TE 6-A22 cordless rotary hammer drill, the robot can drill holes from 3/16 in. to 3/4 in. in diameter.  

The track-mounted base includes the dust-collection system for the drill. The robot is less than 3 ft wide and under 5 ft tall, allowing it to maneuver through most indoor spaces.  

After a hole is completed, the robot will mark the hole with a built-in spray paint function, using different patterns to signify overhead holes for different building trades. With an eight-hour runtime, the robot is capable of drilling hundreds of overhead holes in a single shift.

Plasma cutting (plasma arc cutting) is a melting process in which a jet of ionised gas at temperatures above 20,000°C is used to melt and expel material from the cut. During the process, an electric arc is struck between an electrode (cathode) and the workpiece (anode). The electrode is recessed in a water- or air-cooled gas nozzle which constricts the arc causing the narrow, high temperature, high velocity plasma jet to form. 

We can cut up to 1" diameter thick steel with our equipment.
